The £5 million centre has been made possible with a £2.5 million loan from New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnerships Growing Places Fund and £1 million funding from the Borough Council. KLIC has been designed by architects Feilden+Mawson and is the latest in a large portfolio of innovation centre concepts for the Norwich-based firm.
