Innovate2Succeed is a fully-funded innovation mentoring programme to support ambitious SME’s with bringing new products or services to market. Your management team will receive up to seven days bespoke support, helping your business:

• Explore market opportunities in a competitive environment
• Develop new products or services
• Exploit and protect your intellectual property
• Implement your strategy
• Develop your people

How does the programme work?

You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced innovation specialists, based on an action plan identifying your strengths and weaknesses within your business.  Areas covered include:

• Performance
• Culture

Innovate2Succeed is delivered by Exemplas and St John’s Innovation Centre, part of the Enterprise Europe Network, and covers the whole of the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough LEP geographical area.
