Two grants are available for the different stages of a Community-led Buildings project:

  • Pre-feasibility grant: When you have identified a possible community-led building project and are assessing the way forward – looking at costs, how you will manage the project, legal concerns and more.
  • Project support grant: To help you pay for the advice you need to progress your community-led building project to the point of submitting a Community Right to Build Order.

Both of these grants apply to both community-led buildings and community-led housing projects.
