Your all-in-one free business support hub
The One Group invites you to attend the latest event that will explore the best ways to attract talent with views from every angle of the hiring industry.
In the current employment climate attracting the highest calibre candidates can be challenging at the best of times. Brand names are not enough anymore, the likes of Google and Ticketmaster setting up offices that look better than a playground to a child and benefits schemes becoming larger and larger, competing for a voice requires innovation, thought leadership and determination.
The panel is made up of recruitment industry leaders including; Andy Wire – Seneca Search, Cairene Gilbert – BNP Paribas, Mark Saunders – Owlstone & Undo and David Mills – Mills & Reeve aiming to provide insight on how to lead your organisation to victory.
Cairene has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources. Her current role as Head of HR provides her with the opportunity to influence and build relationships with Senior Executives in order to shape and prioritise the HR agenda at board level. Cairene truly believes that an organisation’s best asset is its people and is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally.

Mark has great knowledge across the Cambridge tech and SME markets and works with various businesses at stakeholder and CEO level to come up with effective recruitment strategies that focuses on attracting and retaining the best talent.
David is the Head of Mills & Reeve’s national Employment practice, with overall responsibility for its Employment Law offering across their six offices. Based in Cambridge, David is one of only two employment lawyers in Rank 1 of Chambers and was voted Best Client Partner 2014 in Legal Week’s UK annual client satisfaction survey.
