About RPA

RPA is an independent consultancy and has built up an enviable reputation in the fields of environment, economics, chemicals, EU policy and sustainability. Based in Loddon, RPA’s main clients include the European Commission, UK Government and major international companies. They recently became an employee owned company through the establishment of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), this was not a quick process and was in fact the culmination of many years of various attempt to pass RPA into new ownership. Peter will continue to outline his journey as well as highlighting some of the pros and cons of establishing an EOT.
