This peer learning group is an excellent way to reinforce existing management skills and to meet your peers across other industries. The small group addresses issues chosen by the group in a real-life environment. 

This group is for senior managers who design and implement change and may set the strategic direction for their function. You will have other managers reporting to you and work with other senior managers to manage business performance.
