This session gives delegates the opportunity to watch an unfair dismissal Employment Tribunal scenario take place and to see how decisions are made.

Business need

Last year there were 61308 claims to Employment Tribunal. According to the Gibbons Review of Dispute Resolution the estimated cost to employers associated with defending an Employment Tribunal claim is currently in the region of £9,000.
