As of 1st April 2019, VAT registered business with a turnover in excess of the VAT threshold of £85,000 a year will be required to keep business accounting records in an electronic format. HMRC will request businesses submit their VAT returns electronically using connected software.
For many businesses this is a big change to how they currently process their accounting records and this event aims to address any queries you might have regarding the preparation for Making Tax Digital.
This event aims to explains the key features of MTD and what actions, if any, you need to take in order to ensure you are compliant. Acting now will ensure everything is in place, tried and tested all in good time before 1st April 2019.
