Does your company have potential for high growth?

Some companies have something in their DNA that drives them to high growth, to move far beyond their origins and to lead in their sectors. And all companies are not alike. Some service a lifestyle, creating a living for owners and are happy to continue as they always have, and for many companies that is the right strategy. But others want something more. Some are start-ups, others are long-established.

This workshop has been developed to help  you learn from their success and achieve high growth for your own  company.

What will you learn?

The approach is goal-oriented and painfully honest. You’ll identify your company’s current characteristics and compare them with those of high growth companies. You’ll then develop a strategy that sets you on a high growth path, and capture it in an incisive presentation: a Case Study of your future success. The presentation also forms the basis of investor pitching, shareholder briefings, a brain-storming and project development.

Throughout, you’ll be guided by skilful, experienced facilitators and will work alongside fellow-executives who share you high growth ambitions.

You’ll go back to your company with a solid foundation for future action. You’ll also learn about how The Department of International Trade  can help you access funds for growth, expert strategic advice and develop a concrete action plan.

Who will deliver the workshop?

Facilitators John Marshall, Richard Leinfellner and Martin Rigby all have CEO experience and have led fast growing companies. They’ve facilitated many high-end workshops together.
