The UK Government recently announced a draft agreement on a 21-month transition period. The agreement marks a significant step forward and includes specific terms on how the transition period and  fishing rights etc. However, this is only a political agreement and will not be legally binding until the Withdrawal Agreement is ratified in October at the earliest. It doesn’t provide any further clarity towards the final outcome.
