Will a new combined authority pave the way for £20million investment each year to secure economic growth? Find out at the Chamber Christmas Lunch

The Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce invites you to join them in The Great Hall at St John’s College for the Chambers’ most prestigious event of the year, the annual Christmas lunch, featuring an update and insights into the potential benefits of devolution of powers to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

A truly memorable occasion for all the right reasons, there’ll be an opportunity to take in the grand surroundings over a glass of mulled wine before a three-course lunch is served by the award-winning hospitality team at St John’s College.

Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough LEP Chairman, Mark Reeve, will be guest speaking at the event. Mark will be speaking of the past year, and plans and opportunities for 2017, as well as explaining why the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership Board recently voted unanimously to support the Devolution Deal, which it believes will provide more money for housing and more powers that will not only be good for our local area, but for the region and UK Plc as a whole.

Mark will also be offering an insight into the ways that the Enterprise Partnership is tackling barriers to growth, including what the organisation is doing and where, and how it is defining the future by creating the right conditions for growth. You will also discover how your business can work with the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership and ensure your views are represented.

The cost of this event is just £50 (plus VAT) for Chamber members. Please book promptly, as this event will be popular.
