At the Chamber’s Business Breakfast you have the opportunity to meet new business connections through the popular safari networking.

The relaxed but structured format offers guests the opportunity to move around the room and form connections with new business contacts from a wide range  of industry sectors.

After the breakfast Jacqui Kemp and David Lynch at Your People Potential will talk you and reveal how building resilience in your people will inevitably build resilience in your business and demonstrate one resilience training tool.

Resilience is the ability  to manage and recover from life’s demands in a way that makes us all the more competent and confident for the challenges ahead. How we work under pressure, while maintaining our wellbeing, is dependent on our resilience.

So how can businesses maximise their people’s ability to work well under pressure, without succumbing to stress and losing productivity?

Delegates attending will also have the option of a  tour of the college and grounds following the safari networking. The modern building houses a renowned art collection of modern and contemporary are by female artists and the grounds have been including in the Good Garden’s Guide.

What is Safari Networking

You will move around three different tables, taking two minutes at each one to make initial introductions with everyone and explain what sets your business apart from its competitors. For the tables you don’t meet on your circuit, there is time for additional networking over a full English breakfast.
