This session will adopt a practical approach, examining real life examples of the recruitment process from writing job descriptions to interviewing and making selection decisions. 

The three speakers will outline how to attract the right candidate in 2018.

The session will cover the do’s and don’ts of a job description and how to tell you’ve got the right person in an interview, all in the context of overcoming skills shortages.

There will also be a chance to dissect a real-life example demonstrating the implementation of certain recruitment techniques, and share how these methods significantly improved staff quality and diversity.
